Whatever your preference, Grand Prix or Endurance, GP Karting will take care of all your requirements, tailoring the event to your specific needs. Our conference facilities and trackside catering are second to none, with event formats and pricing to match every requirement and budget. We can also provide a merchandising service to make your day even more personal.

Conference Facilities

From sales training sessions, new product launches, technical presentations or even a company board meeting, there is no better venue to combine business and pleasure. Our conference room can accommodate up to 80 people. Audio visual facilities can be arranged to suit your requirements.
The Le Mans suite The Monaco Suite

The Le Mans Suite

Accommodates up to 80 delegates. Audio/visual facilities available. Natural lighting, white board and telephone lines. Overhead Projector. Table layout can be changed to suit your needs.		  

The Monaco Suite

Accommodates up to 12 delegates. Natural lighting, white board and telephone lines.

 

Catering

Full catering facilities can be arranged, including quality buffets and silver service dining. Alternatively, fast food is available in the pit-stop cafe where trackside hunger pangs can be quelled serving a selection of fast foods complemented by freshly brewed hot drinks.
